Used the luggage twice and already two wheels fell off and damaged. Never buy again.

Exactly what I was looking for! I've always wanted a carry-on that has a front opening which allows me to put more big items (that doesn't split in half). It's solid and classy. Doesn't feel cheap at all. Also, it respects Air Canada's dimensions for carry-ons so I will be able to bring it on board. The dimensions are 55cmx38cmx20cm. The wheels slide smoothly. There is 2 level for the handle. Moreover, it came packed in a plastic and a tissue cover so it's useful to store and avoid collecting dust. However, it does get scratches easily which I don't mind but some people might. The carry-on fell forward while I was taking pictures for the reviews and it got a few scratches on it.

I was looking for a hard case carryon that had an outside pocket that’s not too heavy because I have trouble getting it up to the airplane cabin compartment . I only need to put a set of change of clothes, undergarment, medicine and phone chargers so I don’t want it to be heavy. Most hardcase carryons weight around 81/2 lbs and by the time you fill it it can get up to 15 pounds. Since I’m not a big person and not too tall I have trouble getting it up and down the cabin compartment. This is the perfect size for me. I will be using this on my international travel to the Philippines this fall so I will have a chance to test it since I’m not familiar with this brand. I will submit an update after my travel to see how it holds up. For now I see that it is well made, sturdy shell, zippers run smooth and has room inside for what I need.

Good quality and the outer pocket is very handy dor the laptop, books and documents. Both sections can be locked. Already went in a few trips and never had an issue. Recommended!

It's so small inside I cannot put stuff needed for cabin. I returned it. Not as described
