This is a pretty simple bladder you inflate and attach to yourself using the long strap when outdoor swimming. It increases your visibility and acts as an emergency buoyancy aid should you need it.The strap is quite long and attached by a plastic buckle, and then again by a rotating clip to the device itself. It will tow behind you without snagging and twisting. The strap can go quite wide to use around your wrist/ankle or waist to keep it with you.Have warnings about not being a safety device, but at this price I wouldn't really expect it to pass vagarous safety standards. It makes you much more visible though and is big enough to give even the largest of swimmers much needed buoyancy for a rest or in an emergency.
