Really cute and pretty easy to put together, but definitely some design flaws. Several of the screw holes were too small and needed to be drilled out. Also, not really a design flaw, but all of the screws were together in one bag and not separated out so that made assembly a little annoying. It’s a really great quality bookshelf/toy box. Keeps toys and books organized, and it’s nice enough to keep in my living room

This shelving unit is just perfect for a nursery, or child’s room. It’s easy to build & so, so cute! I think “The Three Little Bears” would say that it is “Juuuuust Riiight!”

This was heavy which was nice. Real wood! It has instructions and lots of parts. It’s a quality piece of furniture though with real wood and canvas. I haven’t put it together yet, but I’ll try to update this with a photo once I do. I did check out the instructions and they look easy to follow.

The directions could be a little more clear on some steps but overall it didn't take too long to put this together. The materials seem to be well made. The fabric that makes the sling shelves did have a decent size mold and/or dirty spot. I was very happy with the amount of books these pockets could hold, well over 30 kids size books. Overall, this is a cute shelf and helps keeps kids toys and books organized.

You put the product together yourself from a lot of pieces, and it's roughly half toy organizer and half bookshelf. When setting it up, I naturally feel the wood a lot and the quality is pretty impressive. It seems strong and it looks really nice. The toy organizer part has one basket on the bottom for little toys and two shelves, so the shelves make up most of the storage and they can fit large items but usually the challenge is fitting a lot of small stuff. The square-shaped basket is pretty deep (forward and backward) but still there's not really enough small-toy storage for a modern kid. The bookshelf is holding items with a lot of canvas, which might hide that the bottom section has three smaller pockets, but the main bookshelf is really for books with a lot of surface area, almost the size of an 8.5 by 11 sheet of paper. For kids that would use an organizer this size, you'd be using smaller books like board books, and these are going to disappear into the canvas sections which are pretty deep. The materials may be nice, but the setup is really aggravating and takes a lot longer than you would guess for one piece of kids' storage. Part of this is that the instructions are very poor and confusing, even for someone like me who does a lot of DIY assembly. There aren't any words except for Assembly Instructions and step numbers such as Step 1, and sometimes it's hard to figure out which piece they're talking about when you're working with basic rectangles and cylinders. They do include a lot of extra hardware (screws, etc.), though, and there are supposedly tools but they don't give you enough power, and you really need two Phillips head screwdrivers of your own. You might be able to use one of theirs, which has a yellow handle where you stick one end of a long reversible bit (one side Phillips and one side flathead, even though you never use flathead), but a bolt got stuck inside my handle before I received it so I couldn't use the handle part. It's worth noting that some of their wood glue job didn't seem to work, so one of the shelves randomly started falling apart by itself while I was assembling it. I first thought I'd have to drill the sides together, but it ended up being a non-issue because connecting the other pieces held the shelf together with pressure. Unlike the coincidental screwdriver thing, this might be an issue for other customers, but it doesn't really seem to matter and the wood itself seems strong even if the connections aren't.
