This is a great weather station. A good value for feature , performance and accuracy for much less than its competitors. Measurements are displayed in a well organized fashion on a clear nice colorful display. The display is set in dark mode so the colors really pop.I bought this to replace my aging ~15yr old Acurite weather station. It's worth noting I only use this system for monitoring temperature and wind speed and in that capacity it has performed admirably. The temperature readings have been spot on indoor and outdoor. Windspeed close to what I expected it to be--this has never been the case with my old system.Installation was a breeze. This is how I went about and should work --1. install the batteries to sensor unit2. Press the switch next to battery compartment until red led light comes on3. Plug in the Display unit. It will automatically start searching for the sensor unit. Within a short time it should find it and bind with it ( screen will no longer be flashing and readings will show) It was 4. Next, set time/date etc. There is a SET button on the lower right hand side of the bezel. Press and HOLD until the display starts flashing --it will take couple of seconds.5. Use the button below the SET button to advance the digits until correct setting is reached6. Press SET to move to the next setting / segment7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until all settings are done.Note--Other than time, date and day light savings settings if you are unsure in most cases accepting the default should be just fine. It defaults to the units used in N America --Imperial units. (Pressing SET again will accept the default)8. Install the sensor unit outdoor. They recommends installing at a clear location There are some guidelines to follow in the manual to ensure rain gauge works properly.Regarding the wind direction indicator-- it is all over the map. This is due to the cross winds on top of the prevailing wind. The display gets an updated reading from sensor at regular intervals and whichever direction wind happens to be flowing at that moment is what gets displayed. I have found if I observe for wind direction for a minute or two I can get a pretty accurate sense of the dominant wind direction. It would have been nice if the display had a persistent mode much like a radar so that the persistent direction would be displayed more prominently than the aberrant cross winds.Over all I am very happy with this purchase Price was right and the system works as expected. Apart from the price other factor that influenced me to choose this system was the vibrant display --it is quite pleasing to look at especially since it is set with dark background.

Facile installazione e prodotto molto efficiente ho sostituito una Lacrosse che avevo da quasi 20 anni i sensori esterni erano oramai andati lo schermo è molto bello e luminoso va alimentato e le batterie sono solo da tampone per non perdere i dati detto questo mi trovo bene speriamo duri per parecchio tempo come la vecchia.

Très simple à programmer, produit répond à mes attentes.
