The Von Dutch cap itself is great quality and looks amazing, but the shipping was a big disappointment. It came in a flimsy bag with no protection, and the delivery driver shoved it into my mailbox, which was clearly too small for the package. As a result, the cap arrived crushed, and no matter what I do, I can't get the crease out. For the price, I expected better packaging—at the very least, it should be shipped in a box to prevent damage.
