Perfecto de tamaño, plastificado, y con una ampliación detallada del centro de la ciudad.

Excesivamente grande, texto en Aleman y abreviado, muy dificil de entendre. Lo unico bueno es que era plastificado.

Awesome. A laminated map is great for plotting your desired places to visit and your hotel location with a dry erase marker.First go a tiny laminated map included with a Fodor's travel book of Madrid...print was WAY too small...Then got a "Streetwise" laminated map of Barcelona... 1/2 the city on each side.... very annoying.Have purchased the BORCH laminated maps for Amsterdam, Vienna and Budapest... AWESOMELarger print, top 30 "sights" clearly listed and EASY to find. I'm an Eagle Scout and love maps. I'm looking forwardto using the BORCH maps on our travels in 2016.

This is a review of the 8th edition (2008) of this map.Having just returned from a week's holiday in this most cultured of cities, I can vouch for this map's brilliance. Its main strength is its durable physicality. It is virtually untearable and can deal with all kinds of extreme weathers. Rain just drips off it without any damage whatsoever - not that we had any rain - but the map's surface is wonderfully wipeable. But no map is any good unless the information is up-to-date and relevant and useful. The first side features a map of central Vienna at a scale of 1:11,000, and I do not mean just the Ringstrasse and its immediate surroundings. Rather, coverage on this map stretches from the Westbahnhof in the west to the Prater's Ernst Happel stadium in the east; and from the Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof in the north to the Sudbahnhof in the south. So it covers most of the area within the Gurtel, as well as most of Leopoldstadt including the Augarten and the Prater. There is a separate insert for the area around the Hofburg. It is a very colourful and user-friendly map. Green areas are in, well ... green; main roads in gold, lesser roads in yellow and then white. The urban area is in grey but major buildings are picked out in pink. The map shows the sites of the U-bahn, and picks out a whole host of data showing museums, theatres, monuments, churches, post offices, car parks, embassies, etc.The second side lists the street index, as well as other inset maps of Schonbrunn, the UNO-City, and there is a map placing Vienna in its wider region, useful for trips out to, say Klosterneuburg or the Vienna Woods, and as far as the airport. Finally, there is a public transport map of Vienna. This is now a little out of date as the U2 has already reached Stadion station in the Prater and the city is already extending it over the Danube.I wholeheartedly recommend this map for the visitor to this jewel of a city.
