We couldn't download the app. It wouldn't work on our laptop and it didn't display as we expected from the description. We couldn't change the language so basically wasn't fit for purpose.Once plugged in there was no way to turn it off, just turn the volume off.

I have purchased this one and a larger version. Okay, as the manual is confusing, this is what you do to use it and set up videos to play on it from a PC. I don't know about phones.The software to install is on the card in the fan. Remove it and put it in the micro-card usb device and plug it into you PC usb port.Locate the zip file and unzip it to a location (dir) on your PC to place an .exe file at your chosen location. Run the .exe file to install the software which should put the software into your windows/program files dir. and a shortcut on your desktop.Click on the shortcut. The program runs and you then need to select the device type. This is the one to use with the fan: Equipment type F-Mini11 which you will see in the drop-down menu. Load your video file, photo, gif you wish to convert for the fan and after centering it the circle, click 'export'.The {whatevername}.BIN file is created. You need to put this file onto the micro-card and insert the card into the fan.I hope this helps. Raise a question here if you need more help but bear in mind, I have no idea of using it with a phone.I fitted mine to one of the following stands. Much better than the one supplied. The product itself works, it’s not the best quality image but what can you expect at this price point. Still got complimented on the holograms on my dashboard from strangers. Seems well made. The only issue I have is it didn’t come with any instructions (I did buy a returned item though).The software is awful but it works when you finally figure it out, which does take a while. For the price it’s okay if you’re tech savey enough to figure out how to use it properly.
