They are both airtight when properly closed, which gives confidence to its ability to not leak water.The nozzle is also great! There's a little plastic nozzle cap that's secured to the bottle cap, so that you can cover the nozzle and still not loose the nozzle cap. The nozzle can be locked by pressing it down into the bottle cap, and unlocked by pulling it out. This makes it so that you can both lock and unlock it with your mouth as you're drinking water, making the whole operation very efficient. And to actually drink from the nozzle, you must lightly bite it. This biting motion, combined with the locking mechanism, makes it so that accidental leakage are extremely rare.It's about the same size as other similar bottles, but it is slimmer and longer. These proportions make it so that it may fit easier in most running vests, because pockets are often limited in width, not depth (at least in my experience). I have a few running vests, and this bottle fits in all of them!Overall, considering the low price of the item ($14CAD at this time), this is an excellent bottle that I would absolutely recommend!

Take into account that the bottle design at the bottom doesn’t allow the bottle to stand up. The nozzle has a double security mechanism against leaking. First, you need to push on the nozzle to unlock, and, second, you need to bite or squeeze the nozzle with your fingers to allow the water to flow. So, even if you complete the first stept, the water won’t run until completing the second step. It’s almost impossible that this water could accidentally leak.
