I was so excited to receive it but it’s actually very poor quality. The water stopper is a little rubber thing that constantly opens and the whole thing just leaks …. Very disappointing for such an expensive item

Like most consumers, we also bought this product to get rid of ironing hassle. Switch on your iron , open your ironing board etc. After trying the product for 3 weeks, we decided to return it due to below reasons:1. It will never replace the functionality of a classic iron. It works for light ironing activities but you still have to have an iron for broader ironing. Then why pay for a second device and reserve additional space for it in your house ?2. You might think that it is practical as you won’t need an ironing board and it is more mobile than an iron; which is definitely not the case I should warn you:- You still need to put its hanger on your wardrobe door to place your clothes on it for the steaming activity. The hanger is reasonably large and all this activity has no difference than using an ironing board if you ask me.- The steamer is very heavy. When using ironing board and an iron, you move the iron on the board however with the steamer , you have to hold it in your hands for steaming. There is no way that a lady can steam more than 2 t shirts at once.So you may prefer to go for a travel steamer which would be smaller and less than £20 if you will not find an iron in the hotel you will stay or your friend’s house during your trips. Otherwise, I can’t see a valid reason to buy this kind of product as long as classic irons are still in the market.
