While the cross is lovely, instead of a bale shown in the picture to attach to a chain, this was sent with a simple ring that was not even soldered closed. So I had to pay an additional amount to have someone make a proper bale. I spoke with Holyart about the discrepancy and they did offer a coupon for a discount on my next purchase.I also just received an invoice from UPS for duties and import fees which were just as much as the purchase of this cross that I did not anticipate even though the possibility of these fees were included in their description.As such with all these additional expenses, this cross ended up costing more than double what it was advertised for.

I wanted a cross to put on a short silver chain. This is sooooo tiny. Picture deceiving. Should have checked actual measurements.
