Ottimo stampo, bisogna avere cura di non rompere l'intreccio, ma il risultato finale sulla torta è molto elegante.

So easy to use and I just love the floral pattern on this mat. Can’t wait to use it to decorate a large cake!

If you have oodles of time and patience and a delicate touch, then maybe you will be fine using this product. Having said that, it was my first time ever making cake lace and maybe a more professional baker would have had no problem. It is a very intricate and shallow mould and, admittedly, the end result is very pretty. However, it took me forever to prise out the most delicate parts and it's a miracle that it's actually in one piece. If you are a beginner,it is probably better to start with something a little less ambitious. For me, life is too short to spend easing out the lace, especially when the cat is trying to walk all over it at the same time.
