I've purchased these collar and leash seta previously and loved them. At the time I was surprised by the great quality compared to the cheap price. They were stitched very well, collars were sturdy and the leashes were surprisingly well made as well. I specifically liked the padded handles and the extra d-ring.I just purchased two new sets for two of my other dogs and when they arrived I found that the product has changed. While they're still fairly similar, they've changed the d-rings on the collar from the regular stainless steel to a black metal. It seems sturdy enough but I do like the tried and true. I don't have an issue with the change itself so much as the not knowing of it. My dissapointment lies in the fact that the nylon of both the collar and the leash feels slightly thinner than the previous product I received. I'm not exactly displeased with this development, but skeptical. Besides that, I received one leash that DID have the extra d-ring attached to the handle and one that did not. I don't appreciate the inconsistency as I specifically looked forward to them for that reason, but I recognize the low cost of the product and shouldn't be surprised. I've attached some photos of the newest purchases (blue and black) as well as my two older collars for comparison (purple and tan).All in all, I would still purchase this product again. I have 6 dogs and I actually put through a second order for my last 2 dogs shortly after this one. I suppose I will see if there is any more inconsistency when they arrive. It's a very cheap price for a personalized collar and leash whereas a typical collar in PetSmart is going to run you closer to 20 dollars. You get what you pay for and in this instance, despite the changes they've made and slight inconstincies, this is still a great deal for a good product.

Le collier est beau. Juste un petit bémol au niveau du réglage du collier car il a tendance à s'agrandir tout seul (mon chien a réussi à retirer sa tête en pleine balade) et le fermoir ne me parait pas très solide.Au niveau de l'écriture c'est très bien fait même si je trouve que les lettres sont un peu trop rapprochées donc pas très lisibles. Mais je ne suis pas déçue, j'espère juste qu'il ne se cassera pas rapidement. A voir dans le temps ... .

After losing more dog tags than enough, we've gone for the named collar ( not that she hasn't lost a collar before!) as there's a lot of rough country around here for her to run through. It looks nice, is up to the job and still attached to the dog!

La scritta con il nome del cane e numero di telefono, andava incisa dal margine laterale e non al centro, perché stringendo il collare, si nasconde il numero di telefono! Il guinzaglio poi è esageratamente grande e lungo!

Prodotto arrivato ben imballato come sempre. Arrivato anche con qualche giorno di anticipo. Ben rifinoto e strutturato. Al momento sembra un'ottimo prodotto veramente.
