These mugs looks great and were exactly what I wanted. I was also very impressed with the seller and their efforts to make sure I was 100% happy with my product. I had no issues and never needed to reach out, but I know, if I did, they would have resolved my issue. The packaging was thoughtful and well done. The info included about care was very clear and appreciated. The follow up email to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase was also well done. Will buy from this seller again for sure.

schnell und gut geschützt angekommen.Die Becher gefallen mir ausgesprochen gut und ich nutze sie für alles, was kalt ist.Ein ganz leicht metallischer Geschmack kann nach einer Weile vorkommen - aber ich will ja auch Kupfer aufnehmen, also bestens.Sehr zufrieden mit Shop, Firma und Produkt!Definitiv Empfehlung

I bought it as a Christmas gift but I am sooooo disappointed. First of all the box arrived like the picture, I needed an extra pack for it. The picture of the mug was taken 2 hours after opening it. Every time I see my uncle with it in his hands I feel ashamed because of the poor quality of the gift I gave him.
