Easy installation and sturdy. Not sure of longevity but so far so good

Very pleased with quality in both looks and strength of the brackets.Being able to adjust the angle of the mounting to the hand rail made things so much easily due to how steep my stairs case is.

A good quality well finished bracket

Good day to all who read my review. Difficult to know where to start whether it be the product or the supplier Naceture's customer support. Both deserve the five star rating. Due to a recent mobility issue, maneuvering our two stair cases requires a second parallel handrail. I was looking for a sturdy supporting bracket at a reasonable price and found exactly what I was looking for, (great quality). There was a small hiccup with the order that one of the boxes was missing a bracket. I contacted Naceture's customer support and was greeted with the upmost respect and was offered a new box of six as compensation. In my belief they went out of their way to solve a problem not necessarily their own. Hats off to Naceture and if anyone requires one of their products I highly recommend this company.
