very good easy to fit and works well.note for anyone buying though even though i measured teh door plus the plate the lock was a few mm short (44mm for the midel fo teh door to the outside plate) ordered a 45mm and it falls a bit short so the lock steps in tot he plate and doesnt protrude

I've fitted this Euro cylinder door lock, and I'm very impressed. This feels incredibly robust and gives me real peace of mind. The design incorporates a thumb turn on the inside, which is brilliant. It means I can quickly lock or unlock the door from the inside without needing to fumble for a key, especially handy.It's clearly a high-security lock. I understand it's got a 3-star rating, so it meets high standards for security set for lock. That includes protection against common break-in methods like lock snapping, bumping, and drilling. Knowing this definitely makes me feel safer.The lock is smooth. Inserting the key is fluid, without any sticking which a lot easier to do than my previous lock. This also comes with five keys, so more for the whole the whole household. Overall I would suggest to others who need this to definitely consider buying.

A very secure locking system, solidly made.If replacing an existing barrel and you’re not a professional, it’s vital to measure distance from the securing screw centre, to each internal and external edge. And to know which is the short length and long length. I’m not a pro and found out the hard way!To the manufacturer: what’s the purpose of the spring loaded button??
