The blue paint on the spanner means the inside of the jaws are marginally too small to fit the pump nuts. If you don’t mind grabbing a file and simply scraping off the blue paint on the inside of the jaws, then this is a good value spanner with a long arm to get leverage, that does exactly what you need it too.
