I'm new to Di2 and purchased this as part of adding the wireless unit. The recommendation is to buy the shortest cable available, but I couldn't find it anywhere. This worked just fine. At least on my bike, there is plenty of room to stash the little bit of extra cable that I ended up with.This is a nicely made cable, albeit a bit expensive for what you get. But that's the nature of specialty cables. Get over it and enjoy the ride!

Needed extra wire to attach to a Shimano Di2 D-Fly Wireless Transmitter. Worked perfectly. Now my Garmin Edge 1000 and 'talk' to my Di2 device.

Used it to connect d-fly appendage on my dura ace di2 system. No issues here
