Ho aspettato di utilizzarlo per un po' prima di recensirlo. Il foglietto illustrativo consiglia di aspettare un paio di giorni dopo l'arrivo del tappeto perché "ha fatto un lungo viaggio". Appena arrivato il tappeto era in effetti stranamente oleoso in superficie e aveva pochissimo grip con le mani e i piedi sudati. Ci sono voluti più di 2 giorni per vederlo assestarsi ma in effetti la situazione è molto migliorata. L'oleosità della superficie è scomparsa mentre il grip con sudato non è ancora il top (unico neo del tappeto) ma va comunque bene. Il tappeto è grande (io sono alta 1,8 m), comodo, ammortizza benissimo i movimenti del corpo e questo è fondamentale per chi pratica yoga dinamico come me. Altra nota positiva: faccio la pratica su un pavimento scivoloso ma il tappeto è stabilissimo, potresti praticare anche sul marmo lucido. Non vi aspettate naturalmente che sia un tappeto da viaggio, date le dimensioni. E infine, la cesura centrale che percorre il tappetino su un lato in senso longitudinale: all'inizio mi dava fastidio, ma poi devo dire che si è rivelata utile per controllare l'allineamento del mio corpo durante alcuni hasana. It seems right now that the yoga mat market is pretty crowded. A lot of them seem to be standard sizes as well (around 180 by 60cm) which I imagine is for easy transport and space. The problem with that is sometimes you just want more space to work with which is where the shanti mat XXL comes in. At 200 by 100cm the mat offers a good amount of floor space to do any moves you would like.So first off, the quality of this yoga mat is second to none. I've reviewed a few yoga mats and this is easily the best quality of the lot. The material seems durable and it has a nice weight to it, plus some mats seem to move while you're using them this doesn't. It also holds onto the floor pretty well.One thing I like about it is that it has a decent firmness to it. I don't like a spongy mat, the shanti mat has some give to it while still offering cushioning.For reviewing sake I did try out some simple poses (warrior, tree, boat) and it felt good in use. To be honest I'm not great at yoga so I used it for a HIIT workout as well (KB swings, high knees etc...), for that it was perfect.Overall in a saturated yoga mat market this stands out. Good quality and good to use.

Es perfecta para hacer ejercicio en casa. Tiene muy buena calidad y no se desliza.

Essendo alto, cercavo almeno 195 cm di lunghezza. E' due metri, anche meglio. Mi sto godendo molto anche la larghezza (1 metro), che fa la differenza con altri modelli. Bello da vedere, comodo, piacevole al tatto. Non è economico, ma tenendo conto delle caratteristiche e dell'uso quotidiano sono soddisfatto. Ho avuto un piccolo problema in fase di consegna, ma è stato risolto praticamente in tempo reale e con gentilezza dal servizio clienti del produttore.

Pratico da poco yoga e data la mia altezza di 1.84 MT mi trovavo sempre con la testa o i piedi fuori dal tappetino. Con questo ho risolto. Grande e comodo. Praticamente un letto a una piazza. Sono molto soddisfatto.

Mat arrived on time/in good condition and questions to seller were answered quickly.I'm 6/4" and 14st and the mat is supportive and (plenty) large enough for me. Grip is good but slightly slippy if sweating.There are two depressions on opposite edges of the mat near one end approx 5"x2" (as if something has been pressed into it for a long time (a packing strap compression maybe?)) which don't seem to be recovering to flat. (Edit: if you look at the 3rd product pic above of the mat open, you can see the depressions near top left & right corners. Must be manufacturing marks which don’t come out). Apart from this, the condition is fine.Overall really good product and sevice. 5 stars.P

Hallo,Habe mir die SHANTI NATION - Shanti Mat - extra große XXL-Yogamatte - 200 x 100 x 0,6 cm - schadstoffgeprüft - auch für Pilates & Gymnastik gekauft da ich als Recht Breit gebauter Mann eigentlich immer Probleme habe mit diesen Standard Größen, da diese meist immer nur 60-70cm Breite bieten und in der Länge nur 180-190cm und irgendwas liegt immer über entweder die Arme, die Füße oder der Kopf. Das hat mich persönlich beim TRX, BODYPUMP oder Bauchtraining sehr gestört, doch dann viel mir vor ein paar Wochen die Shanti Matte ins Auge, die Farbe hat mir auf Anhieb gefallen und es hat sich alles wirklich sehr vielversprechend angehört, gesagt getan >> Bestellt!>> Lieferung:(+) 1 x Schanti Nation XXL Matte in 200 x 100 x 0.6cm.(+) Lieferung kam in einer ausrechend großen Kiste daher und war sehr gut verpackt.(+) Lieferung hat knapp 2-3 Tage gedauert was ich ohne Prime für sehr schnell empfinde.>> Passform:Die Größe der Matte ist wirklich ein Riesen Pluspunkt, wenn man selbst etwas größer geraten ist oder halt einfach mehr Platz möchte oder braucht wird man diese Matte wirklich zu schätzen wissen. Ich kann mich wirklich auf der Matte Breit machen und mein Training durch ziehen. Bei Balance Übungen ist hier das Problem wirklich auch sehr gut gelöst man hat immer eine Orientierungshilfe in der Mitte der Matte, so weiß man immer ganz genau wo man sich gerade befindet oder hin will, dies finde ich sehr durchdacht und auch hilfreich. Ich habe auch ein paar Bilder mit einem Größen vergleich gemacht und man sieht hier eindeutig was das Plus der Schanti Matte ist. : )>> Qualität und Optik:Die Schanti Matte wirkt beim Auspacken wirklich schon sehr wertig, habe es nicht oft, aber hier hatte ich ein kurzes WOW Erlebnis, da die Matte so groß ist, die Farbe mir auf Anhieb gefallen hat und mit dem Stylishen Label auf der Front. Der Schaumstoff aus dem die Matte besteht fühlt sich genauso wertig an wie er aussieht, man merkt dass diese Matte kein Produkt von der Stange ist sondern dass sich die Entwickler wirklich Gedanken gemacht haben. Die Matte ist äußerst rutsch fest, also man brauch sich hier auch keine Gedanken zu machen wenn es mal etwas schneller von statten geht z.b. bei Burpees, Murpees, Crunches, Bicycle Crunches oder Jumping Jacks bleibt die Matte immer am Platz und hier gefällt mir dann auch wirklich die Orientierungshilfe in der Mitte gut. Durch die Anti Rutsch Beschichtung auf der Rückseite lässt die Matte sich auch nach jedem Training wieder perfekt zusammen Rollen, man merkt richtig wie sie sich fest saugt. Ich habe die Matte jetzt schon ein paar Wochen im Fitness Studio im gebrauch und es vergeht wirklich keine Trainings runde bei der ich nicht nach der Matte gefragt werde, weil die Leute alle großes Interesse daran haben und die kleinen Matten leid sind.>> Extra:Erwähnenswert finde ich es wirklich auch das die Firma jeweils einen Teil des Preises für eine gute Sache spendet, das ist wirklich sehr löblich und habe ich so eigentlich noch bei keinem Sportwaren Artikel Hersteller gehabt.
