I’ll be honest—I got these square borosilicate glass mugs because I thought they'd make me look more refined during Zoom calls. And to be fair, they did… until I tried to clink a toast with one and realised right-angled rims are not splash-proof. Consider yourself warned: cheers from the corners and you’ll be mopping Prosecco off the carpet. The glasses are indeed quite dashing. Tall, elegant, and surprisingly featherlight, they look like they belong in a minimalist Scandi café, not my chaotic kitchen. The borosilicate glass is thin but heat-resistant, so if you want to sip boiling tea or microwave some mulled wine, these will handle it like pros. Just don’t expect the reassuring heft of crystal—these are more delicate dancers than heavyweight boxers.I do love the shape for storage—no awkward gaps in the cupboard—but don’t expect stackability. The square design also makes them easier to grip than round glasses (especially when your hands are wet), but washing them is another story. If your mitts are larger than average, you’ll need a bottle brush or a very determined sponge to reach the bottom. As for value, at around £16 for a set of four, it feels like a fair price for what feels like posh glassware. They're versatile enough to double as vases for short-stem flowers or a vessel for showing off your layered iced coffee artistry on Instagram.Pros:- Sleek and contemporary look- Lightweight yet heat-resistant (microwave and dishwasher safe)- Space-saving side-by-side storage- Nice capacity, ideal for water, cocktails, or showing off herbal tea blends- Good value for moneyCons:- Not stackable- Thin glass may feel too fragile for some- Awkward to clean if handwashing- Corners are spill-prone if you're not careful (don't toast with enthusiasm)Tips:- Clean with a long-handled brush to reach the bottom corners- Best used on stable surfaces; avoid clumsy guests with large hands and wild gesturing- Perfect for those with limited cupboard depth but not ideal if you prefer chunky, heavy tumblersStylish, functional, and a bit posh—but they require gentle handling and a slight adjustment to your usual sipping technique.

This product arrived the next day via Amazon and was packaged in a simple, cardboard box with the glasses packed in individual boxes and attached together in plastic wrap.PROS-This a four pack of tall glasses with a square circumference.-The walls are thin and made of borosilicate glass which provides an elegant, rather chic look.-These have a good capacity, about the size of a standard water bottle.-This is tempered glass material so you can actually use it to boil water and it is microwave safe.-Dishwasher safe.-These are well-suited as vases and perfect for short stem flowers or glass beads.-Asking price of $22 CAD is excellent value. I would not hesitate to reorder these again at full price.CONS-I wish these were available in other shapes and sizes.-Simple yet elegant, these glasses are no thrills, no frills which personally I like.-Very well packaged.-Personally, I find the glasses lightweight; some people may prefer heavier tumblers because crystal glassware typically has a nice weight to it.-The double sized set for $48 CAD seems like a decent price but this set may or may not represent great value to everyone as there are constantly sales on Amazon and comparable products in box stores such as Walmart and Canadian prices for comparable products that may even have preferable designs based on your own preferences.CONS-The shipping box is surprisingly large and was packaged in an even bigger Amazon box. Although not that heavy, I did find it awkward to lug up several flights of stairs.-12 drinking glasses take up a considerable amount of cupboard space so if you live on your own or just a couple, consider getting a smaller set. I am using four of each and stored the others in the event that one breaks or chips, I shall have replacements.-If washing by hands, the taller glasses are a bit hard to get into, especially should you have larger hands. You may need a kitchen scrubber to effectively clean the bottomes.

Very thin lightweight glasses, virtually no base at all and very thin.Surprised they lasted coming to me each stored in a cardboard box with minimal padding, but survive they did. Will be lovely in the summer for the garden.Need to realistically drink from a corner.Weird how they seem strong for some reason.Very nice glasses.. Unusual due to the thin and lightweight design, yet easy to hold.

These square glasses are nice for drinks. The square shape is different and makes them easier to store side by side with no wasted space. The glasses come individually packaged.
