Ended up not using the new piston from this kit because you apparently need to re-use the internal parts of the old one (only the case with rear brake calipers due to the handbrake). Small parts within in a small piston which are held in place by circlips and springs... I honestly did not see that ending well. It most likely will make you wish you'd spend the extra money on a whole new brake caliper and be done with it.Fortunately the old piston did not seem in too bad of a shape so with a small piece of fine sanding paper I managed to clean it up pretty nicely. So eventually I only needed a few of the new seal rings and the new dust boot, which is a shame, but on the other hand I still managed to save a lot of money this way.
