È dotato di due nuove caratteristiche esclusive, una modalità "cru" che consente di preservare il massimo di nutrienti ed enzimi e una modalità "veloce" che consente di far asciugare più velocemente i cibi grazie a una temperatura più elevata all'inizio. L'apparecchio ha una porta in vetro con una maniglia in acciaio inox e un LED interno, che permette di visualizzare facilmente l'avanzamento del processo di asciugatura. L'apparecchio ha due ventole che funzionano in modo indipendente. In questo modo è possibile creare due zone di asciugatura, o far funzionare una sola su entrambe le per risparmiare energia. L'essiccatore ha una garanzia di 5 anni.

Cet appareil est de très bonne qualité et facile à opérer. J’apprécie la possibilité de n'utiliser que la moitié du four pour ne pas gaspiller d’énergie si on n'a pas de quoi remplir tous les plateaux. Il est plutôt silencieux (beaucoup moins de bruit que mon four normal). Les plateaux sont faciles à nettoyer. Ils n'absorbent pas les couleurs (comme le rouge de la betterave ou l'orange du curcuma) des aliments ou des marinades et restent impeccables. Je continue à tester les temps de séchage qui varient pas mal en fonction de l’épaisseur des aliments, mais en général je suis agréablement surprise par la rapidité de séchage, par rapport à d'autres modèles que j'avais considérés. Il est vrai qu’il est assez cher et que c’est un investissement substantiel, mais les avantages de ce déshydrateur sont tels qu’on l’utilisera de façon plus intensive qu’un autre moins performant. Bref, je suis ravie de mon achat et conseille cet appareil sans la moindre réserve.

Love the new dehydrator!! Been making stuff since I found a place to put it in my kitchen, it's much more counter room than I expected so I had to relocate some small appliances, but it's got a home now. Didn't really know that the whole thing (well, most of it except the fan housing and the bottom door hinges) are made out of plastic including the side door hinges to open the front, a little worried about that breaking in the future. Love the open window on the door - it allows me to watch and make sure everything is dehydrating at a steady rate....or I just stare at the goodies I'm making :)

1st dehydrator I've ever bought or used. I initially bought it because I thought it'd be neat to make my own dried fruit snacks and kale chips. The naturally dried snacks at my local organic store are so insanely expensive I figured it was time to make my own.Really easy to use and the customer service so helpful, now it is as big of a staple in my kitchen as my oven.In addition to my beloved kale chips and dried fruit snacks, I've found homemade jerky to be a favorite in my household. The most pleasant surprise is that this dehydrator can also crisp up your favorite nuts like cashews and almonds.All of these homemade snacks are soooo much healthier than the junk we used to buy. We are super stoked about this Tribest company and we look forward to perusing their catalogue for more ideas to help us live more healthy.
