ON ARRIVAL READ ENCLOSED INSTRUCTION LEAFLET, VERY SMALL PRINT . ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN BATTERY HOUSING. EVENTUALLY ACHIEVED AFTER 15 MINUTES.INSERTED BATTERIES AND HAD MAJOR DIFFICULTY IN CLOSING BATTERY HOUSING. 15 MINUTESATTEMPTED TO OPERATE OPENER. MOTOR RAN BUT UNABLE TO LOCK ONTO SUBJECT JAR.PRODUCT GOOD IN CONCEPT BUT DOESN'T WORK FOR OLD PEOPLE

Wasn't expecting this to work so well but it does a good job and has opened every jar I have thrown at it. It's quite noisy and I find you do still need to hold on reasonably tightly but I can't use my fingers at all so if I can open a jar with it, there's a good chance it'll work for you too.

I am sorry no I have been suing these for over 15 years. The battery access has been made very small ad I cannot get the battery in, or to get it to close.I have RA unable to use it. I am so disappointed as it had helped me
