Secondo passo: tagliare

I love that you can cut the belt to the right length and it's very easy to do (believe me, my dexterity is questionable).Having said all that, I find the racther belt quite heavy.

Feels and smells like real leather so I guess it probably is!Top quality - with black leather on one side and tan on the rear, held together with a very neat and tight seam along each edge.The buckle is large and decent quality too, suitable more for jeans than trousers in style.I mistakenly ordered the 125cm belt which unfortunately is too large for me - the 125cm is the length of the belt not including the buckle, but that's my own fault! The sizing appears perfectly accurate.Anyway it's not a problem because the buckle is removable - a flap on it can be pried open quite easily with a small screwdriver and this disengages spikes from the belt. The belt can then be trimmed down to whatever length you require and the buckle reattached. So it's worth erring on the long side when ordering because you can easily fine-tune the length at home.

This is a good belt which seems well made with uniform stitchingI have a 36 inch waist and I ordered the longest belt which fits well.The buckle clamps onto the end of the belt and can be removed by lifting a lever, which allows you to reverse the belt (black on one side brown on the other) and also to cut off some of the belt if it’s too long.The product description says that it comes with a hole punch to make extra holes but this was not included.
