No hay mucho que pueda fallar, es un rj-45 con los cables puestos para que funcione con un DB9/RS-232...Funciona correctamente.Si por algún casual no os conecta con el puerto de comunicación, muy probablemente sea porque usáis un adaptador db9/rs-232 a USB, el cual no suele funcionar con los routers cisco.

Si adatta sia a USB 3 che USB 2.0, funge perfettamente sia in 9600 baud che 115200.
