I got this for my work and I've tested this and you can barely hear it outgoing the mouth piece isn't strong enough nor is it long enough to use it sounds like a whisper on the outgoing and non of my other nurses can here me. This product should've been worked more on and tested because with me you can't here me on the other radio asking for help when I need it

Shipping was really fast. Product is as advertised. The clarity of the earpiece is remarkable. I just wish it would connect to other BT headsets
