Palme alla cannella
1. Mescolare con una forchetta burro, zucchero e cannella in una ciotola. La preparazione deve essere unguinata.
2. Segui i bordi dell'impasto per ottenere un rettangolo.
3. Stendere il burro profumato in uno strato sottile.
4. Avvolgere il rettangolo in modo simmetrico da un lato e dall'altro facendolo unire al centro per ottenere la forma di palme.
5. Avvolgere il rullo ottenuto in una pellicola alimentare e mettere in freezer per 1 ora, il tempo di indurire.
6. Recupera il rotolo e taglia fette da 5 mm di spessore.
7. Posizionare queste fette sulla piastra di 33 x 25 cm spianandole.
8. Preriscaldare il forno a 200 °C e mettere in forno per 10-12 minuti. Devono essere dorati meravigliosamente.
9. Lasciare raffreddare prima di gustare.
Per 20 palmi:
- 1 rotolo di pasta stratificata.
- 30 g di burro unguento
- 20 g di zucchero vergeese (o zucchero rosso).
- 1 cucchiaino da caffè in polvere con razza di cannella

Bra storlek, bra handtag både på sidor och framkant för att lätt ta ut ur ugnen.Tyvärr kom den fram med lite små bucklor då den endast var förpackad i ett tunt kuvert i papp och ingen bubbelplast, borde skickas i en kartong.

These tins are the best non stick I've come across. Really easy to clean. Just check the measurements, I wanted a small one and got large- my fault. What holds a lot will hold a little! Definitely recommended.

Mi è sembrata enorme per il mio utilizzo. Non ho verificato se le misure fossero effettivamente quelle dell'ordine . Sembra discreta la qualità ma non avendola utilizzata non saprei con certezza

I've gone through a whole raft of roasting tins, largely bought on the way home from cheap shops. They maybe served a purpose once but after that everything stuck to them and also they seemed endlessly difficult to grab hold of and pull out of the oven. I wanted a roasting tin which would be big enough to surround with vegetables and also one which was easy to handle once full. One that didn't distort and I have found this excellent. It has a lip on it which makes it easy to pull out when basting or just turning veg over. Is very easy to clean and fits my oven beautifully. I have other Pyrex tins, cake tins and a couple of small roasters which double as cake tins and find them all excellent, washes well by hand or in the dishwasher. Actually looking forward to cooking for Christmas as I've finally found something big enough to hold a turkey. Phew!
