I recently picked up the plastic gutter guard to help keep my gutters free from debris, especially since our Blue Jays have been using them as storage for peanuts. It's been a pretty good solution to my problem. The mesh itself feels durable, and I like that it’s easy to cut to size, which made installation simple. The installation process could’ve been smoother, though—it would’ve been nice if it came with instructions. The clips to secure it are a bit flimsy, but after some effort, they held the mesh in place. It’s not the highest-quality plastic, so I’m curious to see how long it lasts, but for the price, I think it does the job. It prevents large debris from getting into the gutters, though you still have to clean off the leaves on top for proper water flow. Overall, it’s a great product for the price if you’re looking for an affordable and straightforward way to protect your gutters from leaves and small branches.
