These are beautiful but delicate wine goblets I bought simply because these are in the correct style of the 17th Century red wine goblet that we like to use when having a themed dinner party. The glass is finer than the usual wineglass we use at dinner on a daily basis. Large, comfortable to hold and drink from, dish washer safe. Good value for money.

These are lovely delicate elegant wine glasses & I bought at a good price. When I went to buy more, the price had suddenly gone up. So I bought more direct from Portmeirion.

They are beautiful and have a classic, old fashioned appeal. You don’t see wine glasses like these anymore. Delicate and elegant.

These wine glasses are much more beautiful in person, the photo does not do them justice. Also it does not say in the description, but at room temp. the etching is a milky white colour and when cold wine is poured it changes to a clear colour. An absolutely BEAUTIFUL feature and also lets you know when your wine is warming up. The most classy and elegant wine glass set on the market, and trust me I looked EVERYWHERE for a set similar to this because I wanted it to arrive on time for christmas for my Grandma, but when I couldnt find anything better I ordered this set anyways. Definitely worth the wait!!
