Amazed at how much it has improved my water quality.Very impressed with the environmentally-friendly consumablesI'm fortunate to live in a soft-water area and so can use the alkaline filters which add minerals to the water as well as remove the lead and other metals.£3.33 a month for 2-litres a day... That's £0.05 a litre. And it does turn my all but undrinkable tap water into something that tastes as good as bottled.Highly recommended product from a Scottish manufacturer turning out a great and stylish product at a decent price.

Having suffered for so long with acid reflux and had surgery (fundoplication) to help, I wanted to keep my diet acid free. I bought the Alkaline Water Filter. The water does taste different, softer, it's hard to explain, and it's so much nicer than unfiltered natural water! I've always struggled to drink as much as I should, but now I'm drinking much more water than before and I love it! I'm only filling the filter with half the amount recommended in the pack and it still does the same, which will save money on refils. I'm so glad I bought this. It's easy to set up and to use, and the size will fit in my fridge door and is not in the way on my kitchen surface. Great water filter!

I bought this to replace another filter jug as I was conscious of plastic waste having to change and discard the filter every month. This one is great, refilled with granules, lasts 45 days and have an app to track the time remaining. I like that I have added magnesium in my drinking water. Fits in fridge door perfectly. One downside is it takes an age to filter the water through, by mistake I split some granules and found that less granules in the pod allowed the water to go through quicker. I bought one for a friend. I recommend this item

Easy to set up and fill. It’s a good size jug although it’s a bit of a tight fit in my fridge door. The Alkaline water is good and I also give my dog this water to help prevent bladder stones.

The jug fits nicely in the fridge door but it is very slow to filter the water through. Also you need to hold the whole top on when pouring the water out otherwise the whole thing will fall out. Which has nearly happened a couple of times. Never had that problem with other jugs and I have bought a few over the years. The water does taste nice and it really does take all of the nasty chemicals away. I also like that you can refill the filter instead of having to buy new plastic filters too and you can choose between the three different types of filter. So apart from it being top heavy maybe a different design would help I really like it.
