While the helmet fits my smallest Shih Tzu, sadly it also pushes his hair over his eyes and face and he is unable to see much when wearing the helmet, so therefore it is unsuitable for him which is a shame, as the intention was to use it when he was in his dog trailer alongside my bicycle.

This is a great little dog helmet. I'm planning on using it with our pug so that I can take him in the dog basket for a bike ride.Quality is ok. It's fairly hard plastic with a rubber padding inside. There isn't much give on the sizing though. Luckily this fits, but it doesn't have much variation width wide.The visor is handy and flips up and down. It covers his eyes well.The chin strap is a strong velcro type.I opted for the one without spikes. Disappointingly, it simply has holes where the spikes would be. If I'd known, I'd have gone for the spiked one.Overall, it's functional and also fun. I couldn't get him to stay still for a proper photo.There aren't many dog helmets out there, but this seems fairly reasonable.

How adorable is this helmet ?My dogs are huge so there’s no way they’d be riding pillion but my red setter cross was more than happy to model it.My son’s dog would definitely be able to ride with him and is the right size to be enjoyable for them both.I do wish I’d gone for the rivets now although the holes provide good ventilation. The helmet is well made and features nice soft foam inside and an adjustable chin strap which has a Velcro closure so it’s on and off quickly.The goggles have a wide cut out and so are suitable for different muzzle shapes and work on a ratchet type of adjustment.They have UV protection which is great when they ride more often in the summer.The earholes are a good size and accommodate his spaniel ears and my own dogs ears.It’s a great accessory, which is super cute but is also functional and practical.It’s fairly priced in my opinion and everyone we meet adores it.I hope you find my review helpful.
