It’s a good pencil until it runs out of led. When I tried to refill it by putting led into the top of the pencil, it didn’t come out the bottom.

Honestly, the only reason I bought this pencil was for the .3 mm lead. I have always preferred .5 over .7 mm lead for its precision, so I decided to give .3 a whirl. The lead is great. Now onto the pencil...-The brown shaft is pretty ugly, to be honest. I understand that Pentel wanted users to easily differentiate between .3, .5, and .7 models, but i still feel like I'm holding a turd at times.-I would have preferred if the pencil were heavier, but the plastic body and aluminum (I'm guessing) metal grip make it pretty light. This could be a plus or a minus, depending on your preferences. For me, heavy is the way to go.-The knurled grip is pretty good.Overall, it's a pretty decent pencil for its price. If you haven't tried .3 mm lead before, I highly recommend it. If you want a better built pencil, I recommend the Pentel Graphgear 1000.Also, this isn't really important, but I can't figure out how to open the pencil up to see the mechanics inside. I always do this with my pencils, and it's slightly annoying that I can't do that with this pencil.
