I’ve only used this twice so far but I love it! I make whipped shortbread every year for Christmas, and have always wanted a cookie press to be able to make cute shapes for friends and family. I used a silicon baking mat, as I read that cookie presses don’t usually work well with parchment as the paper will lift up and mess up the cookie. Silicon mats worked great though and I didn’t notice that problem with it. The press is super easy to put together, and I don’t notice a ton of resistance when I press the cookies which is good because I read they do break relatively easy. I would say that this is definitely for a lighter cookie dough, and not suitable for anything that’s tough like gingerbread or sugar cookies. The little holder for the press plates is absolutely adorable, and works great to keep things organized. The first batch of cookies I made with this wasn’t quite right because I halved the recipe and there was too much butter and not enough flour or sugar. The cookies surprisingly still held a relatively good shape despite this! The second batch I made was perfect though. I used the snowflake and tree, and was worried the snowflake would be difficult to distinguish since the cookies sometimes spread. However, they held up very nicely and they did spread a little, but the shape of the snowflake was absolutely still there. I would say that if your cookies aren’t holding their shape it’s not the press, but rather the recipe. This press is also so easy to clean! The top and bottom both screw off, and I put a small spatula in to scrape off any excess on the sides and then handwashed it. I believe this is advertised as dishwasher safe, but can’t say how it would hold up as we don’t own a dishwasher. Overall, this is a great purchase and if you’re on the fence about it I would say go for it!

Resistente. Formas muy bonitas de galleta. Limpio y cómodo y no se oxida ni pudre. Ajuda mucho que sea transparente oara saber tus calculos a la hora de hacer galletas.

Ich hatte zunächst mit der hochgelobten Gebäckpresse von TPC geliebäugelt, aber der Preis hat mich dann doch etwas abgeschreckt. Auf der Suche nach einer günstigeren Alternative bin ich dann auf diese hier von OXO gestoßen. Von dieser Firma besitze ich bereits eine Salatschleuder, die super durchdacht ist und mit der ich sehr zufrieden bin. Die Presse ist prima verarbeitet, stabil, leicht zu reinigen und macht was sie soll. Kekse sind schon fast zu perfekt und sehen eigentlich nicht mehr aus wie selbst gebacken. Der Teig darf allerdings nicht zu fest sein. Nachdem die erste "Rutsche" im Ofen war habe ich den restlichen Teig nach draußen gestellt, weil ich dachte, er könnte etwas fester sein. Das war dann aber nicht die beste Idee, weil sich die Plätzchen nicht mehr so gut gelöst haben - aber da kann die Presse ja nichts für. Bin froh, mich für dieses Produkt entschieden zu haben und empfehle es gerne weiter.

J'ai acheté ce Presse Cookie en espérant me simplifier la tâche pour les petits sablés de fin d'année. L'utilisation de l'emporte pièce est parfois laborieuse, ce qui n'est pas le cas avec cet appareil, pas besoin de rouleau à patisserie, de rechercher une bonne consistance en faisant refroidir la pâte au frigo etc. J'ai respecté la recette du livret, et avec ma fille de 6 ans, nous avons réalisé des petits sablés délicieux.... facilement et rapidement Cet appareil est vraiment une super alternative à l'emporte-pièce, facile à manipuler, l'activité est ludique pour les enfants. Il y a le choix des motifs avec les disques de rechange... Rien à dire, je suis très satisfaite de mon achat, et je conseille le produit de bonne qualité. Je pense acheter des disques à thème par la suite pour compléter l'appareil.

Prodotto eccellente, usato già più volte insieme ai bambini per preparare, divertendosi, un sacco di biscotti. Rispetto ad altre sparabiscotti ha un'impugnatura diversa, che però ha il vantaggio di caricare meno il polso e anche x i bambini più piccoli è più facile da utilizzare basta appoggiarla alla teglia e con una mano tenerla e con l'altra premere la leva senza nemmeno troppa forza.Inoltre le formine fornite sono proprio simpatiche alcune non proprio comuni come ad esempio quella che fa il biscotto ad orso.

Funziona meglio di tutte quelle che ho provato finora e la consiglio. .bisogna far attenzione alla consistenza della pasta che non deve essere dura altrimenti la maniglia si spezza come è successo a me

Me l'hanno regalato a Natale, usato un paio di volte con un impasto classico al burro. I biscotti sono stati facili da sparare, l'oggetto è robusto e tappo, tubo e trafile si possono lavare in lavastoviglie. Va lavato a mano invece il pezzo stantuffo.impugnatura, ma si fa abbastanza in fretta. I bambini si divertono un sacco e la cucina non si è trasformata in un campo di battaglia. Ho provato quasi tutte le trafile, i biscotti vengono proprio come quelli in figura. Nella confezione ci sono le istruzioni e un paio di ricette, nel mio non erano in italiano, ma è stato acquistato altrove. Se non le avete già, consiglio di comprare almeno un paio di placche da forno, che devono essere assolutamente lisce: lo spara biscotti deve appoggiarsi perfettamente altrimenti la pasta non aderisce alla placca. Vediamo quanto resiste all'uso: al momento sono molto soddisfatta.

This gadget is amazing. No more rolling out dough and cutting out shapes and removing all the surronding dough and rerolling this dough again, now gone tough, putting them one by one on the tray, measuring the spacing between them etc. This gadget is an absolute pleasure. It will save you so much time and each cookie is so perfectly identical to the next with factory type of shape, so much so that people will not realize they are home made! The spacing is automatically done because of the width of the gadget. I really had fun using it. Won't think twice about making cookies anymore. It is a very clever gadget i could not get my head around how it would work and I'm still not 100% sure how it does. It seems that with one click, enough dough comes out so that the seperate pieces join together. It is easy to clean. You wont be sorry if you get it, guaranteed.
