Bought these to pair with their own Oehlbach 6 mm2 cable assuming they will fit out of the box. Surprise - to use them one needs to mount "aderendhülsen" on wire ends first. Well, of course they have it somewhere in plug description, but not that obvious, and for whatever reason ferrules is not Oehlbach product list. Actually for gold-plated ones surprisingly few manufacturers can be found, but ok, you can get them and prices are sensible. So, two weeks later got the ferrules, nice by themselves, a small problem that at this stage it becomes apparent that with wires already dressed in this manner there will likely be better contact and smaller resistance without using these plugs at all... Still put them on with assumption that unlikely will hurt too much and slightly more handy if I will need some rewiring. Ah yes, and if ferrules have plastic sleeves (most seem to have) you will have to drill larger holes in plug caps for them to fit.So, if frankly quite sceptical about real usefulness of the product. With all the ferrules on contact surface with wires that they provide do not seem that great (if 6 mm2 is max for cables, why so much lose space? fixing screws also do not give much trust), certainly one can easily think of much more robust wire mounting system without need of any ferrules. Probably the main gain from all this experience is that needed to buy also good crimping pliers for putting ferrules on - looks like a useful tool and a good investment.

Bellissimi e molto affidabili

Après avoir acheté un pont Oehlbach et ayant été très satisfait par sa qualité, je me suis tourné vers cette marque lorsque j'ai voulu monter des fourches sur mon câble HP (connexion avec Ampli).Premier point : comme souvent avec ce type de connectique adaptée à des sections de câble importante, si vous avez une petite section de câble (2.5 mm par exemple), il vous faudra doubler la section en recourbant le câble sur lui même pour pouvoir serrer suffisamment le câble dans les fiches.Second point : la finition du bas des fiches (passe câble) est un peu cheap et pas en adéquation avec le "standing" du produit et son prix.Au final, pas de problème pour monter les fiches et surtout connexion impeccable sur mon ampli et aucune perte de qualité sonore en comparaison d'un câble directement branché sur les borniers. Produit un peu cher.

Hallo,gedacht als Geschenk für einen Freund hochwertiger Hifi Technik,bin ich hier auf Amazonauf die Oehlbach XXLFusion Lug High-End-Kabelschuh Verbinder für Lautsprecher boxenaufmerksam geworden.Die Kabelschuh Verbinder machen optisch einen fast unkaputtbarenrobusten Eindruck,und sind sehr hochwertig verarbeitet.Was aber in Anbetracht des Preisesauch selbstverständlich sein sollte.Die je Kabelschuh beiden Imbusschrauben haben keineProbleme, die zur Verwendung vorgesehenen 5mm Kabel feste und sicher zu halten.Die verwendeten B&W MPA-1 Monoblöcke von Bowers & Wilkins,lassen sich auf Grund derGroßen und robusten Lautsprecherklemmschrauben, sicher mit den Kabelschuhen verbinden.Wer aber Verstärker mit schwachbrüstigen Lautsprecherklemmschrauben besitzt,kann unterumständen Probleme beim festziehen bekommen.Die Vergoldeten Kabelschuhe sind sehr glattund könnten evtl.einen festen Sitz erschweren.Eines aber überhaupt nicht geht bei diesem Preisder Klemmen darum ziehe ich einen Stern ab, daß noch nicht einmal ein billiger 1€ Inbusschlüsselbeigelegt wurde.Er musste ja nicht unbedingt vergoldet sein.Mein Fazit:Alles in allem kann ich die Klemmen aber doch weiter empfehlen, da sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und optischein Schmankerl.
