Versand hat wieder prima geklappt. Das neue Schubladensystem war gut zu montieren.Die alten Auszüge waren nun nach 16 Jahren Betrieb defekt und mit dem Set Nova Pro SCALA kommt nun die Volldämpfung als zusätzlicher Komfort dazu.Wenn jemand noch kein Schubladensystem montiert hat, wäre event. ein Montagehinweis hilfreich.

I bought this product in the size of 65 cm long to have more space in my cupboard.Once I mounted the two rails the sidewalls of the drawer were not sliding nicely, there was a lot of friction and the space between the rails and the sidewalls is very limited for allowing a good play.Also, the last part of the drawer run into the closed position was frictional and closing was not of good quality.I tried many solutions, I mounted the complete bottom and the back of the drawer but no change. I tried to align the rails in different way and it did not work at all.I also tried to make the bottom of the drawer perfectly perpendicular to the sidewall and I drilled a couple of extra holes in the sidewalls, but nothing improved.I am quite experienced with drawer installation and after 3 hours of trials I had to give up.I took 50 cm drawer system from another brand and I installed in 20 min and works perfectly.I think the technology used in the rail doesn’t look very recent and a good system should have a good flexibility to the misalignment and a good soft closing.The item I received doe not have it at all.
