Little simple book with just a few photo's. Lots of the ingredients are not available in Europe. Only the recipes in the first chapter are of interest and some are very good. All together, this is an expensive booklet.

Published in 2019, a very nice small and compact cookbook with a variety of recipes and hints for using bundt pans. Easy to read, soft-covered, color photos, 112 pages Could use more color photos of the recipes

The print inside the book is back to from and upside down. Unfortunately this is for a present so we just had to have a laugh about it when they opened it. Clearly the front cover to the book has been put on wrong. It's highly unlikely that this is a 1 off and all the books will be like this from this production run. Really not happy about this as its obvious that the people selling and packaging these haven't even bothered to check their print.

The cover is cut crooked and is not as pictured on web site. I have returned item for full refund. It is not up to standard of Nordic Ware products.
