This Lens Mount Adapter arrived in a nice looking, Neewer branded cardboard box that would be more than suitable should you wish to give it as a gift.This adapter allows you to mount Canon EF/EF-S Mount lenses to cameras using the Sony E Mount system.The mount itself is well made, with high quality machining, and a good finish throughout. I had no issues attaching/detaching the adapter to my Sony A7iv, nor did I have any issues attaching/detaching the lenses I tested on it.In use, the results were great. I had no no issues with the images taken using the adapter. The only downside is that when using the adapter is that because there are no electrical contacts, you can only use manual focus and you can not adjust the aperture. You also loose any features that use the focus system, such as tracking, eye focus, etc.In conclusion, this is a well made adapter for those with Canon EF/EF-S lenses and Sony E Mount cameras. It gives good results and is reasonably priced. Whilst it’s frustrating that you lose auto-focus and some other features whilst using it, this is not the fault of the adapter. Most adapters are like this, and as this limitation is made clear in the product description prior to purchase, it is not a negative I can hold against the product. As a result, so long as you are aware of these limitations, I can recommend it and it gets a full 5 stars.~ Amazon asked me to review this product and to give my honest opinion about it.
