I love lemon scented candles because they can smell either clean or yummy. Or both?This is a substantial candle *and* jar. It's glass and the lid is really exceptional; it's thick, heavy and rimmed so it sits nicely in the top.I did burn the candle initially when I got it, and the aroma filled my small bedroom (10' x 9'). Just lovely! It smelled just like a lemon drizzle cake. Then I moved it to my candle warmer and set the bulb intensity down to a mid-range, and that works just right, too. I want to make this candle last as long as I can.I think they're maybe a bit pricier than other candles, but I'm happy spending just a couple dollars more for a scent I love combined with a sleek container I can reuse. I was getting wood wick candles because I really like the crackle, but I couldn't find a scent I liked. This is just perfect. I'm super happy with this purchase.

This is a very nice candle. It really lives up to the expectation of a 'luxury' item, it is lovely and fragrant. It shipped fast and the packaging is well-designed to prevent breaks or cracks en route. The jar is heavy frosted glass with a matching lid and the decorative inset is metallic and pretty. The fragrance is rich, sort of musky with a woodsy cinnamon undertone like a winter fireplace. It fills the whole room. The 55hr burn time is probably accurate, I didn't count exactly but the candle has lasted many days already and is only about halfway down.I really love how high quality the jar is, its solid glass and does not really heat through while the candle is burning which makes it a bit safer than other candles and is so nice it will be easy to reuse once the wax is burned away. It will make a very nice craft jar afterwards.

A lovely candle. The glass jar is nice and heavy, definitely good quality. I don't know how to describe the scent but it smells good without being overpowering. It's very well packaged in a box with cut to fit foam. Would be an excellent gift. The only thing I do not like is the gold emblem on the candle jar. It looks weird.
