Da von den Produktbildern her, der Schraubstock dem kurz vorher gekauften Kreuztisch ähnelte und dieser mit überschaubaren Aufwand gebrauchsfähig gemacht werden konnte, kaufte ich diesen Schraubstock. Auch weil er nach den Bildern her, auf der Bodenplatte eine Gradeinteilung hatte. Diese geht aber bei meinem nur von +90 Grad bis - 90 Grad! Für Laserung bis 360 Grad reichte wohl die Programmierung des Lasers nicht. Das wäre ja noch zu verschmerzen... Hatte den Schraubstock auf absolut ebene Anreißplatte gestellt. Dort kippelte er unversehens. Die Trapezspindeln sind zu kurz um diese vor herausdrehen zu sichern. Auch sind diese verzogen, dass die (Kreuz-)Schlitten nicht ohne weiteres verstellt werden können... Diesmal war mir der Aufwand (Planfräsen des Untertisches, Drehen entsprechender Trapezspindeln) zu groß um den Schraubstock mit Kreuz - und Rundtisch zu behalten. Das Teil geht wieder zurück und vielleicht gleich in den Schrott...

senza dubbio prodotto resistente nei materiali ma una piccola pecca nella progettazione comporta che si crei un ostacolo nello scorrimento. problema risolto molando la placca in acciaio che tiene la vite senza fine della parte incriminata.

Arrivata con tre giorni di anticipo. prodotto ottimo e funzionante a parte qualche regolatina ed un po' di olio, pesantissima almeno per il mio trapano ho dovuto togliere "purtroppo" la base girevole, non si adatta al piano del trapano ma l'ho sistemata ugualmente funziona benissimo la consiglio.

Ce n'est pas cher, c'est sûr mais ça ne vaut même pas le prix payé. L'étau est arrivé cassé, déjà, et au niveau d'une patte d'attache au support : ne peut déjà pas être fixé correctement. Tout est mauvais : l'acier est d'un alliage de très mauvaise qualité (gris foncé sur la coupe, comme un ciment), les pièces sont mal usinées, les soudures boursouflées et mal peintes. La conception générale est complètement ratée : des vis partout dont certaines se gênent, bloquant la course des pièces mobiles, des manivelles mal dimensionnées qui se bloquent entre les rails. Et pour finir, et là c'est rédhibitoire, des jeux de montage monstrueux, de l'ordre de plusieurs millimètres, qui s'additionnent (il y a 3 degrés de liberté sur cet étau) pour aboutir à une structure branlante dès le premier tour de manivelle, rendant l'étau totalement inopérant.Franchement, j'ai du mal à comprendre comment on peut vendre un tel outil. Je ne l'ai pas renvoyé, compte tenu des frais d'expédition (il pèse son poids quand même) et je voulais m'en servir comme presse papier mais impossible, compte tenu de l'huile qui dégouline des vis sans fin...

when I unpacked the vise I needed to re-engage one of the drive screw rods into the casting as it had either been assembled incorrectly or had come apart in transit. The rotation of the vise on the base was obstructed by a casting blip which I had to grind off. The slides needed tightened up with the adjusting screws to take out excessive slop. None of these took too long though and is pretty much as usual for an item this cheap. The screw index markings don’t seem to have much to do with reality either. Having done all that it works fine and will bed in with use. Don’t expect too much for quality but feel the value for money. A final point - it’s pretty big, ask yourself if a 100mm vise would be better for a bench top drillpress.

Very good value. It does everything I want it to do. May need a little setting up and sanding of some sharp moulding edges but is very good for the price. You would have to pay substantially more for a old fashioned top quality equivalent. This would cater to 90% of most users.
