Habe damit eine Klipsch Bar 48 repariert

If you're like me, you're probably here because your Cinema 600 won't power on and you've done some Googling to find this will almost certainly fix it for cheap.I'm here to say YES! This unit works as intended and my soundbar powers on and functions perfectly now. It was out of warranty, so if this didn't fix it, this beautiful audio equipment would have become e-waste.WHY I'M WRITING THIS: There is another reviewer on here showing a close-up photo of how to wire the board if you have the small red, black and white wires like my unit. I'm here to say it's wired INCORRECTLY in his photo. I wired mine just like his and had a minor panic attack when it didn't power on.After probing the connections manually with the board powered on, I found he had his 5V (skinnier wires) reversed. Thank god hooking mine up backwards didn't hurt anything. After flipping the wires, it powered on perfectly. See my photo above for how mine needed to be wired. PLEASE have a multimeter handy so you can make sure you hook yours up correctly. From left to right the terminals on my unit were:(+24V | GND | +5V | GND )

I bought this to do a diy repair on a Klipsch 600 soundbar that would not power on. This part wasn't quite the same size as the existing part, so I had to drill a small hole in the back of the soundbar panel so I could screw into the l-bracket I transferred from the old part. That way, the left side of the new (smaller) card was held up by the slot in the soundbar back panel, and the right side is held up only by the l-bracket and screw. Also had to remove the connectors on all the wires from the old part and hard-wire them in on the new part's connectors, but this was fairly straightforward. From another post somewhere I learned that on the 5V side, the black and red wires from the soundbar need to be connected to the (+) side, and the white goes to the (-) side. If you're somewhat handy with diy, this is an inexpensive repair and takes about an hour. Soundbar is working perfectly now.
