I love this dress! It fits true to size and flatters all body types. The pockets are functional and the white on top is NOT see through. You could wear it to a formal event, or just around casually.My only complaint is that the big, lovely flutter sleeves are too open at the bottom (i.e when you raise your arm, you can see too much.) I closed the bottom up with a sewing machine, problem solved. This is a personal aesthetic thing and not a problem with the dress, so I didn't take off a star.I was worried about washing it (reviews say the wine-colored one has colors run in the wash, and mine is a similar plum), but it went fine. I washed on cold with 3 dye-trapping sheets.

Gorgeous, true to size. So unique and different. Very comfortable. I will be the only girl in my town wearing this dress. I definitely would buy another one from this company.

I like this dress overall but it does seem to run large. The fabric is soft and you can’t not like a dress with pockets. I’m usually a medium but this medium is definitely a bit larger than expected. Either it’s mislabeled or it’s the first clothing item I’ve purchased from Amazon that runs large.

I am 5'6" and a solid size 10; I ordered a large. This dress fits comfortably and is not tight. It is long enough that shorts/under summers won't show. Super cute, the tie belt adds a bit of style, and the pockets are a plus.The print is printed on it - so the inside out is white - I don't know if people are fussed by that or not, but it looks fine.
