Great quality needles. I use the cables from another set of knit pro interchangeables without any problems

Grundsätzlich ist es ein tolles System, aber auf der Verpackung steht 80cm, tatsächlich ist es nur 60cm. Also besser immer sofort nachmessen.

No back bit

The cable itself is awesome, the sturdy quality of the wired steel center makes it memory free, which is great. It's also very smooth so the yarn just glides over it.However, it has one fatal flaw in its design: the part where the cable is connected to the steel connector bits. I took a macro photograph to illustrate the problem: the transition is not nearly smooth enough. I'm currently working with fingering weight cotton yarn (Scheepjes Whirlette, to give you an idea) and literally every single stitch gets snagged on this part of the cable, on both ends. I had to move every stitch over it with my fingernail and I don't have to tell you what a nightmare that is...So my enthusiasm for my new cable pretty much evaporated within 30 seconds of working with it, and I had to change back to my old cable. I think this cable will probably work with thicker yarn, but it is clearly completely unsuitable for lightweight yarns. And this was fingering cotton! I don't even want to try lace weight wool...The materials are obviously of good quality, but this flaw really makes one wonder, considering what KnitPro charges for their Mindful collection, it's honestly kind of outrageous if you can't even use these cables for lightweight yarn. I don't think I'll be buying from this collection again, or at least not until they adjust the shape of the connector to a more smooth and tapered design.
