Fits CB500F 2023 but wow is it a pain in the behind to install. Took roughly 1.2 hours to do since it's a small work space and screws which you don't want to loose are important. Other than that, it runs great, 3rd K&N airflow filter on my bike. They are always reliable, came with all 4 screws.

Like others said, it didn't come with the screws indicated in the product photo. It was just the filter and some decals.Installation was easy enough, but I had to really push into the filter assembly using the stock screws to get the K&N filter to attach, but I got it in the end. I would recommend applying a little loctite to make sure they stay in place.Engine knocks a little faster in idle, performance is noticeably better.I would give it 5 stars but the missing screws, repeated by others, is a ding that K&N should not ignore.

Fit for 400x '19 just fine. Now feel torque increased.
