The tightening screw on the union the joints, the two clamps stripped, and I can no longer tighten it down rendering this whole assembly useless. Product support is useless. There’s no way to contact the seller. And I’ve already thrown out the original manufacturers packaging so I don’t know if I can even return it.

I'm really happy with the quality of this. Everything seems to be completely metal. I haven't experienced the breakage problems as the other reviews have said though it seems that you could replace the screw and not with a store-bought one so it wouldn't be hard to find a replacement if needed Overall I think this is definitely worth the price. It was able to hold a couple pounds in place with no problem and at full tightness . It didn't move much at all.

Der Magic Arm wurde super schnell von Amazon geliefert.Die Verpackung ist in Ordnung und der Inhalt sehr gut verpackt.Die Klammer und der Arm sind stabil, da aus Alu gefertigt. Alle Teilen scheinen hochwertig verarbeitet.Es komplett aus Metall gefertigt und lässt sich sehr gut verstellen.Ideal zur Befestigung an runden Bauteilen wie Rohre oder Äste.Zur Befestigung an Tischplatten würde ich mir eine etwas breitere Klammer wünschenoder idealer Weise eine parallel wirkende Klemmung.Im Großen und Ganzen aber eine super flexible Klemmvorrichtung.

I love the articulation and strength of the wireframe ball style lock.The clamps themselves are strong and clamp down hard, allowing me to mount almost anything.I usually use it with only one clamp attached to clamp a small LED light anywhere I want when shooting and it is always useful to have this around.The locking pins are very handy on one end to avoid rotation on my monitor when i'm using this on my camera rig, a well thought addition that makes quality of life a lot better.Overall really good kit.
