I got these goggles to use at home when doing DIY. I find them comfortable, and the strap has plenty of adjustment in it. They are vertically a bit shorter than other goggles I have, which means they fit better when I'm wearing a half-face mask, as they naturally sit a bit higher up my face. The double-lens feature is a neat idea. I have struggled with the inside of other single-lens goggles steaming up when doing strenuous work, and so far these have not had that problem.I feel that for the price of nearly £40 the goggles should include a carrying pouch or case to protect them. I also feel that the foam strip around the goggles is going to be a weak point, and will probably fail before I feel I need to replace the goggles for any other reason, such as the lenses getting scratched. On other goggles I use, they have a soft rubber sealing lip instead of spongy foam. I can see this foam degrading, or getting snagged and ripped over time as objects come into contact with the goggles when in storage. Again, a protective pouch would go some way towards mitigating this risk.Other than those points, I'm quite happy with the goggles and they fit me well.

This item was supplied to me free of charge through Amazon’s Vine programme; however this in no way influences my review, which is intended to be both impartial and informative for potential purchasers.Currently renovating a house and at some point a lot of lath and plaster will be getting removed and these will be needed a lot. They are a real high quality safety lenses but my one big issue is how they fit on your face. Where you would normally sit them, there is a gap underneath the bottom so you need to sit them higher up on your face to get a seal which then feels as though they are sitting on the bottom part just under your eyes. Its such a wierd feeling and something i would get used to whilst using them but it just doesnt feel right which is a pity which is why i have dropped it one star.

I find the biggest annoyance when wearing safety goggles is that they tend to steam up really quickly as you begin to sweat during the warmer months and again if working outside during the colder months due to the difference in temperature, which is where a dual lens product such as these JSP Thermex ones come in.They feature 2 lenses (an outer Polycarbonate lens and an inner one made from Acetate), having the 2 makes them work like double glazed windows and helps to keep the temperature difference between the 2 to a minimum and prevent fogging from condensation. They have a nice ski goggle design to them and are really quite light weight with a little flex to them, which should help to fit different face shapes. The outer rubber material protrudes from the lens to seal around the face and prevents dust and other particles from getting in from around the edges. This is further enhanced by the addition of a foam sealing strip. An adjustable elastic strap is used to secure the goggles to your face. The product conforms to EN166 with a performance rating of 2C-12 1BT 349 KN.This effectively means that they provide protection against UV Rays with good colour recognition and an EN170 rating. (2C)They have the highest optical level at class 1, with protection against medium energy high speed particles at extremes of temperature (BT), offer protection from liquid droplets, large dust particles and resistance to molten metals (349). KN means that they offer EN166 resistance to surface damage from fine particles and are resistant to fogging/misting.***** In The Box *****1 x JSP Thermex1 x User Guide***** Conclusion *****Most of the time i tend to wear regular glasses style eye protection, but have found on several occasions that dust and debris has got into my eyes from the edges of the glasses, which could be prevented with the Ski goggle design we have here.I find the Thermex to be extremely comfortable to wear, due to their light weight and the soft materials that are used where they contact the face. The elastic strap has a large range of adjustment and works well as a standalone product, but also works very well with the JSP Evo Alta Skyworker safety helmet. With the strap attached to the rear mounting points on the helmet, the goggles fit perfectly underneath the peak of the hat with very little pressure on the face, due to the rear mounts.I have yet to give the anti-fog capabilities a good test, but can’t see why they wouldn’t work as advertised, being as dual lens ski goggles work very well. The £39.75 asking price is a little high compared to similar products, although still seems very reasonable given that they protect your eye sight. Definitely a product worth considering.

Ces lunettes pourraient etre mieux conçues, la bande de mousse qui sert d'étanchéité fait vraiment mesquin sur un produit à ce prix conséquent.
