I've been using the Lock N Stock Jaw Trainer for a few weeks now and I'm very pleased with it. This set includes three levels of resistance, which has been great for gradually increasing the intensity of my jaw workouts. The extra biting strips and necklaces are a thoughtful addition that adds convenience.The different resistance levels have allowed me to start easy and work my way up, and I can already see some improvement in my jawline definition. The trainers are comfortable to use, and the quality is quite good. I think my face looks different. I have only used the basic resistance level. Soon I will try the other two. Like them so far.
