What an adorable toy for infants. It is so cute; the colours are great; the variety of textures is wonderful; the fabrics are terrrific; the sounds are soft and pleasant; and the new baby is going to love this. It is bigger than you might expect from the photos - - it's a really great size. I love the different textures on the large "back" octopus legs (arms?) (tentacles?); the fabrics chosen are perfect for tactile sensory type of exploration by an infant. You can see the great quality of these fabrics in close up in the third photo. Excellent choices by the designers. There is a soft tinkly bell somewhere inside the octopus that makes a lovely and gentle sound when the toy is moved about (not a jarring, loud bell sound) and there is also a pleasing kind of crinkly sound that is made when the little flaps on the smaller "front" legs of the octopus are moved up to reveal the little animal pictures beneath the flaps. The whole toy is nice and soft and cuddly too. There is a velcro-edged wrap to attach the toy to cradle, crib, carseat, stroller, playpen, etc., which is very convenient. There is also a little round mirror that fits into a back "pocket" of the octopus, but I could take or leave that particular aspect of the toy. I don't really like to have to keep track of removable pieces at the newborn toy stage so I probably will just tuck that in a drawer, personally. But the toy is so nice that I wouldn't even deduct anything for that; I'll just consider it an 'extra' that I don't plan on using for a while. :)I'm quite happy with this cutie!

This is a well made and well sewn multi-sensory toy that is also generously sized. Each of the "tentacles" offer an engaging cause & effect experience, and each one seems to be durable enough to withstand even the roughest of play.I do wish that the mirror attachment was simply just embedded into the toy (instead of being detachable), as it isn't really something that you'd want your child chewing on unattended to be honest. It also would have been nice if the hanging loop was a solid carabiner-style hook rather than velcro -- since the velcro will inevitably lose its effectiveness over time, making it easier to be pulled off a stroller and thrown to the ground.Despite these minor complaints, though, our child loves interacting with this bright & vibrant sensory stuffy, and that's really all that counts. Each child will obviously engage with the toy differently, but with so much interactivity to choose from, any child is bound to have a fun and safe experience.Recommended.

I got this adorable hahaland Baby Toy for my little one and she’s been so drawn to it since the very first time I showed it to her, and it's been such a great find! The mix of crinkles, rattles, and the baby-safe mirror keeps my baby entertained for a good while, which finally gives me a little time to relax. The textures are perfect for sensory play, and the teething corners are such a smart touch. The ocean theme is adorable—she loves staring at the bright colors and patterns, and I help her lift the flaps to “find” the little sea creatures hiding underneath. Plus, it easily clips onto anything—stroller, car seat, diaper bag—making it perfect for keeping my baby busy while we’re out and about. If you want a fun, travel-friendly toy, this one’s definitely worth grabbing!

This is a very nice toy. Each of the legs has a different texture and either crinkles or squeaks. There are no loose parts eyes are embroidered. Has a velcro loop to loop around crib or stroller etc. All seems in stitching are well done and material is soft. A great gift for baby. Comes with little plastic mirror. I know
