First thing I did when I received this head was checked the valves to see if they were seated tight, I put a flashlight in both the intake and exhaust port and could see light all the way around the valves except for one spot where they contacting the head, I was able to seal the exhaust valve by lapping but the intake is going to take a lot more work, not impressed.
