fantastic deal. material is quality, it's built well and the clip is nice. perfect piece of equipment to use for supination/pronation exercises, much easier to hold then the bulky end of a dumbbell. Fits my 2.5, 5 and 10lb 2inch plates perfectly

This forearm exerciser has a nice solid metal feel to it. It's meant for 2" Olympic plates, which slide on and off fine. It includes a hex lock Olympic collar, which adequately keeps any added weights secure.Although the collar is quite secure, it's more stiff than other similar collars I've used. While there is some knurling on the handle, it's very subtle so it's not that effective at helping with grip (if you have sweaty palms).

Great. Basically replaced my hammer curls. Lots of exercises to do with this just trying to balance it alone

Since this is a very simple product that serves its purpose for a decent price, I will be keeping it. However, there are flaws:(1) There is excess glue at the end of the handle from where the cap was attached (picture 1)(2) The knurling is useless, best described as decorative (picture 2)(3) The weight clip is a bit difficult to remove because of the second, smaller tab that must be pressed down
