TL/DR: A nice soft cotton sleep sack that fits our baby well, and brings with it the social and ecological commitments of the Amazon Aware brand. What's not to like?Pros:o Amazon Aware Climate Pledgeo Global Organic Textile Standardo Very soft cotton fabrico Fit as expectedCons:o None at this timeI'm not exactly sure when the Amazon Aware brand was launched, but one thing you might be interested to know is that their products are all certified as carbon neutral, and they have adopted a number of climate-friendly programs with various certifications. So that's nice. In particular, you should check out the Global Organic Textile Standard, because it means this was certified as not using child labor at any point in the manufacturing of this garment. That's cool!I got this sleep slack for my 4 month-old grandson. It's a 6T so it's a little long for him, but it's a sleep sack so that's fine, and it will fit him through many months of growth, which is great. Since we bought one size large, I'm going to say that the fit is "as expected."Of note, he has one other sleep sack and he hates it, but he took to this one right away - it has a very soft cotton fabric and I guess it's just a little more baby friendly.So, Amazon Aware, this is a thing to keep an eye on, and this sleep sack is a five star baby product.--------I'm honored to be included in the Amazon Vine program, and I work really hard to make these reviews and videos helpful. This Amazon Aware Unisex Baby Organic Cotton Sleep Sack offers soft, jersey, fabric and is thoughtfully made.This is a sleep sack, designed to keep baby's legs and tummy warm while sleeping and to facilitate nighttime diaper changes without waking baby. It is sleeveless and can be used as is or with a long sleeved shirt or onesie underneath, depending upon the season. It has a front zipper closure that zips open from the bottom up - again, easier for nighttime diaper changes on a sleepy baby. There is a zipper guard inside to prevent pinching baby with the zipper and a zipper cover at the neck to prevent the sipper pull from rubbing on baby's neck. The fabric is a very soft, organic, jersey knit that has a bit of a sheen to it. There is a cute, chicken graphic on the chest area.Like another reviewer, I was kind of disappointed in the color. The light grey color is almost a very pale, grey blue green. It looks like it has gone grey from repeated washing. It's just not very pretty, IMO. However, it's well made of top quality materials. I know it will get a lot of use by my grandbaby.

I got this for my daughter-in-law, and the following is her review:I hoped this sleep sack would help keep our baby warm at night in the winter now that he is too big to be swaddled. However, it is so thin that it doesn't do much, and we still have to put a few layers of pajamas on him. It is very soft and fits our five-month-old well; I wish it were thicker. As others have said, the color is blah. I am also not a fan of the reversed zipper. I can see how it is helpful for tiny babies, but after the first couple of months, I never need to change my baby during the night, so this zipper is just annoying that I have to try and get it attached under his chin rather than just zipping it up. However, the sack seems well made, and it should fit him for a while, so I'm hoping it works well in the summer.

This sleep sack is made of soft, but sturdy cotton knit. The color is a peach pink and the zipper works well. Although it is 6-months size, it isn’t that fitted and is quite long, so my granddaughter can use it beyond the six month size. I recommend this item and would purchase from the Amazon Aware line of baby clothes again based on the quality and comfort of this item. Five stars.
