After trying it for a few nights in a row, sleeping with it under my bare legs, I didn't find any difference in my sleep. Perhaps not being the original created by Clint Ober, it doesn't work the same. As a matter of fact this one is listed as the one of the be knock-off brands to avoid.

10 days in:Purchased 8/13/23. Had immediate sleep improvement. I fall asleep within a couple minutes and I stay asleep longer. Used to get up 2 to 3 times a night. Breathing is better too, I have mild sleep apnea. Can't stand anything on my face. Grounding mat has addressed that so far.For me personally, my feet are more receptive to grounding.
